Company Profile

Today's real estate and financial markets are facing major challenges. It is affecting everyone nation-wide. Especially home owners, home buyers and professionals working in the real estate industry have been taking enormous hits. The crisis has resulted in a very inefficient market and created a large gap between home buyers and home sellers. Many buyers are ready and willing to buy, but just not able given the tight credit market. Therefore, many sellers can't sell, since there are fewer and fewer buyers.

In today’s market you have to create a qualified buyer, rather than just finding one. A recent study indicated that current lending guidelines now disqualify more than 74% of the buyers in the marketplace who were qualified for a mortgage just 12 short months ago. At HomeWise Solutions we work with this 74% and turn them into qualified buyers.

HomeWise Solutions was formed by a group of investors and real estate professionals who realized that this inefficiency gap between motivated buyers and motivated sellers needed to be bridged in order to spur the real estate market again.

We have developed a very extensive training and education program where we work with unqualified buyers and teach them about credit repair and management, budget and money management, and home maintenance. When unqualified buyers enter our program they get to pick their new home right away and can move in immediately. After finishing our program the buyer will have financing in place and has received the right training and education to be a responsible home owner.

In addition to helping out challenged home buyers, it is a mission at HomeWise Solutions to help out builders with standing inventory. Unfortunately, before we started our program we have seen many builders going out of business. Luckily we are now able to help others to avoid bankruptcy or foreclosure. There are still many more struggling builders out there that could greatly benefit from our program. HomeWise Solutions works with any builder, from those that have a few homes to the major players that have hundreds of homes.

We hope to continue to help many home buyers, sellers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, builders, and the community at large for the difficult financial times ahead.

HomeWise Solutions is affiliated with Bo Bridgeport Brokers Atlanta. Our office is located at 2036 Oakview Rd
Se, Atlanta GA 30317

"U.S. Economy Grows." Self-fulfilling prophecy? Let’s hope so!

Yesterday the U.S. Commerce Department reported that federal support for consumers' spending on cars and homes has driven the economy up 3.5 percent in the third quarter. It marked the first increase in the nation's economic activity, as measured by the gross domestic product, after falling for four straight quarters - the longest stretch of declines since quarterly recordkeeping began in 1947.

If this recovery can last remains to be seen. The government aid is only temporary as is federal stim… Continue

WORD OF CAUTION ON NETWORKING!

Hello everyone!

I'm sure most of you have all heard of that old cliche' "there is no 'I' in TEAM". Some of you may even think that it's corny! Let me tell you a little something I learned about this so-called "corny" saying that just might make you change the entire perception of your life and the connections you've established, business and personal.

Now I'm not much of a blogger, but there are some hot topics/concepts that I am truly passionate about! And being part of a good TEAM is one of… Continue

How important is Networking to Real Estate Professionals

You know I have been networking since I first started as an appraiser. I will never forget "Networking Works" and Elizabeth. She taught me so much about how to network, and why you should do it. Yes most people do it to make money. I get that, but more importantly you should have a personal network for support, to make it easier to do business. See, people do business with who they LIKE and TRUST. Its takes more than a 30 second elevator speech and one visit to build that. So my advice to anyone… Continue
